TXT e-Tech is looking for a UX/UI Designer, with at least one year's experience, to join the UX Design team and work on projects in the Aerospace and Defence sector at the client's premises in La Spezia.
Main responsibilities
Analysing existing customer journeys and defining desired user experiences to identify operational pain points and opportunities for process optimisation;
UX design and wireframe creation;
Accessibility and compliance with AGID guidelines;
Management of the corporate design system;
Collaboration with development teams;
Design quality assurance (QA);
Cross-functional collaboration with all project stakeholders.
Required technical skills
Excellent command of Figma, including the structured management of component libraries, variants and complex design systems;
Proven experience in designing information architectures and complex user flows within large-scale digital ecosystems;
Ability to manage assigned projects independently or semi-independently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
Optional technical skills
Practical knowledge of digital accessibility standards, including WCAG.
Familiarity with React development principles to facilitate effective collaboration with front-end development teams.
Education




High school diploma/Master's in UX/UI.
Behavioural skills
Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand the needs of different user groups;
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to both technical and business stakeholders.
A strong team spirit and collaborative mindset, comfortable working in structured and cross-functional environments.

The contract offered for this position is a permanent one, and the salary range for this position is between EUR ****** € and EUR ****** € gross per year;
