thisandco is an independent creative agency helping brands become culturally relevant through content, creators, and community.
We work with ambitious brands across luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and beyond, combining strategy, creativity, and a social-first mindset to build meaningful connections between brands and people.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just follow what’s happening online, but understands why it matters and knows what to do with it.
