We are looking for a People Business Partner Manager who will be responsible for leading the HR function within Agorai Innovation Hub, working closely with management to support the organization's growth and transformation.È la persona giusta per questa possibilità? Si assicuri di leggere la descrizione completa qui sotto.Key responsibilities of the role will include:Working alongside the business leaders understanding the business needs and developing tailored HR solutionsSupporting managers on all HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and conflict managementImplementing reward policies and coordinating related processesSupporting development and learning initiativesEnsuring a correct HC planning balancing business needs and costs constraints within the overall target HC agreedEnsuring the right sizing and the operating model of the organizational structuresAnalyzing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvementEnsuring compliance with labor regulations and company policiesPromoting a positive, international and inclusive company cultureEnsuring the local implementation of centrally designed Group projectsThe role is based in Trieste and includes a hybrid work model, offering flexibility through remote working days.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Economics,



Data Management/Data AnalyticsAt least 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in Insurance sector and/or IT companiesIn-depth knowledge of HR practices and labor regulationsProven ability to work on projects as a Project ManagerAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesFluent Italian and good English (written and spoken)Soft Skills:Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsProactive and results-oriented attitudeWhat we offerWe offer employment at the Funzionario level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.Gross annual salary ranging between 57K and 70K.
