Clinical Trial Associate at ICON Strategic Solutions supporting sponsor-dedicated clinical research operations. Assists with trial coordination, documentation management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional communication to advance innovative treatment development.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and administer clinical trials ensuring protocol and regulatory compliance
Maintain and organize clinical trial documentation, study files, and regulatory submissions
Support preparation of study-related materials including informed consent and case report forms
Facilitate cross-functional team communication for smooth trial execution
Track and report clinical trial metrics and milestones
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related field
Prior experience or strong interest in clinical research
Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Willingness to travel approximately 10% as required
Legal right to work in Italy
