This position is a great opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to all facets of the insurance industry.Qualifiche, competenze e l'esperienza necessaria per questo ruolo sono disponibili nella descrizione completa riportata di seguito.What is the role?This is an opportunity with a market leading underwriter for an experienced Tax Lawyer to build a career in the Insurance industry whilst still utilising their legal experience.What will you be doing?Reviewing and negotiating tax insurance policy wordings on Italian and European transactions.Responding to insured counsel comments and proposed amendments to policy languageDrafting bespoke endorsements, exclusions, limitations,



and tax-specific coverage provisionsAdvising underwriters internally on wording risk and legal interpretation issueStress-testing wording against potential claims scenarios and litigation outcomesHelping maintain and update precedent wordings, clause libraries, and internal knowledge resourcesWorking closely with tax underwriters and claims teams on complex technical pointsAssessing whether requested wording changes materially alter the insurer’s risk positionAnalysing transaction documents (SPAs, disclosure letters, tax deeds, structuring memos)What do you need to apply?3+ years of tax experience from a law firm or equivalent in-house role. xysqume Strong tax technical knowledgeAdvanced drafting and redlining skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment without compromising on quality.If you have any further questions please contact #J-18808-Ljbffr
