Overview

In this role you will support a network of stores across Italy and Greece, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with the retail strategy. You will collaborate with HR, admin, and HQ to manage orders, inventories, onboarding, and reports, while enabling omnichannel and after-sales activities. You drive operational excellence through organized processes, accurate follow-ups, and timely communication with store teams. This position offers impact across store performance, inventory turns, and special projects, within a dynamic luxury retail environment.

Responsabilità

- Manage ordering systems (Brandon, Sopedi) and supply orders for stores
- Monitor budgetary follow-up for shop orders (drinks, stationery, supplies)
- Coordinate onboarding for new joiners with HR and admin
- Distribute periodic reports to stores
- Support store network on omnichannel and after-sales activities
- Provide training on new policies for front and back of house
- Assist with annual inventories to optimize product turnover and space allocation




- Coordinate with HQ and OM on launching new tools and special projects
- Ensure operational compliance in stores as required by management
- Handle other operational requests with a service-oriented approach
- Assist with seasonal distribution of uniforms and consolidation of orders
- Develop requested reports and analysis on operations
- Coordinate activities related to new openings and seasonal openings/closures under manager supervision
- Provide logistics support for Retail events (training, seminars, missions)

Requisiti fondamentali

- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and team spirit
- Organizational capacity, autonomy, rigor
- Proficiency in English and Office Pack
- Retail experience in any external environment in selective distribution
- Sensitivity to products and fashion culture
- Dynamic, proactive, versatile with ability to prioritize
