THE POSITION As a Regional Project Manager, the candidate is a passionate advocate to align franchise strategy and activities between office based and customer facing groups.
Ensure the awareness of customer needs to office based cross-functional team (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Access, Sales), then translating into new projects and leveraging it for partnership development.
Responsibilities:
Understand the different regional environment for providing tailored business solutions, ensuring customer centric approach and strategy's consistency at national level. Coordinate cross functional roles (Sales Reps/DMs/Ram/MSL) and foster innovative approach in franchise tactical implementation. Responsible for evaluating, designing and coordinating potential local activities (regional business plan), monitoring and support the execution.
Lead the whole process of collection and analysis of local customer/competitor insights to advise the office based cross-functional team and inspire customer added value projects. Cooperate with brand managers and medical department in developing and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders for products under his/her responsibility and territory area.
Understand real life patient flow and work together with franchise team to fully exploit market potential:
by increasing early diagnosis/early treatment and/or changing treatment algorithms for the better treatment of patients.
Requirements:
Master's degree (Scientific or Pharmaceutical would be a plus). 3 years of experience in marketing and sales each in pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry processes, pharma laws and regulations. Fluent in Italian and English both written and spoken. Strong digital skills (including manipulating Excel, Power Point, Word). Planning and organization skills (project management). Business and marketing acumen. Ability to think strategically and to lead (lateral leadership). Innovative mindset and customer orientation.
