Description
We are looking for a passionate and experiencedPYP Italian Teacherto join our international school community from late december/january ****.
The successful candidate will be committed to theIB philosophyand to creating an engaging, inclusive and inquiry-driven learning environment where students are encouraged to be curious, confident and active participants in their learning.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based learning aligned with theIB PYP framework
Create an inclusive, student-centred classroom environment
Assess student progress and provide timely and meaningful feedback
Differentiate learning to meet diverse student needs
Promote theIB Learner Profileand Approaches to Learning
Communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues
Collaborate in unit planning, curriculum development and transdisciplinary projects
Contribute actively to team meetings and professional development
Serve as aHomeroom Teacher
Support supervision duties, cover lessons and school activities as required
Contribute to a positive, collaborative and supportive school culture
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree and recognised teaching qualification
Minimum2 years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in an international school
IB PYP experience or training preferred
Strong understanding of inquiry-based and student-centred learning
Italian native
Strong communication, collaboration and organisational skills
Ability to support diverse learning needs
Commitment tostudent wellbeing and safeguarding
