Overview
As People Director, you will serve as the senior People partner for multiple business teams across international markets, guiding strategic HR initiatives while handling day-to-day People Operations.
You'll lead Italy-specific HR matters and align local practices with the global People agenda, driving organisational design, performance, and change.
You'll work closely with senior leaders to shape high-performing teams and manage complex employee relations with discretion.
This role blends strategic partnering with hands-on execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment, offering autonomy and visible impact across regions.

Responsabilità
Act as primary HR partner for Business Teams, delivering practical, commercially-focused People guidance
Partner with leaders on organisational design, workforce planning and change
Drive performance, talent priorities, calibration, succession planning, retention and underperformance management
Coach leaders on complex employee relations and performance matters,



coordinating with employment counsel
Identify People risks and translate insights into action with leaders and the People team
Lead Italy as senior People lead, ensuring compliance with local practices and alignment with global approach
Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle with global People Operations, ensuring effective programs and data integrity
Contribute to continuous improvement of People policies, processes and ways of working
Requisiti fondamentali
Significant experience as HRBP, People Partner or People Operations lead in an international organisation
Strong knowledge of Italian employment practices with hands-on ER and restructurings
Experience in performance and talent management, organisational design, workforce planning and change
Pragmatic, independent work style with sound judgement in sensitive matters
Fluent in English and Italian
