Responsabilità
Collaborate with Sales and customers during the proposal process to prepare technical descriptions of products and technologies
Determine costs and prepare final documentation; act as a key technical resource
Perform lost proposal analysis and recommend future actions
Prepare technical/commercial offers based on customer specs and directives
Analyze customer needs and competitor offers using market and Sales insights
Oversee profitability of proposed solutions and ensure alignment with ABB standards and targets
Provide world-class technical and commercial support across markets to drive sales growth
Oversee estimations, bids, and proposals; align with OR KPIs and standards
Develop and implement local sales support strategy aligned with ELSE vision; monitor and adjust for competitiveness
Monitor project pipeline, identify opportunities, and enable LV/MV portfolio sales in the area
Requisiti fondamentali
Expertise in LV & MV electrical product portfolios or equivalent circuit breakers, switchgear, and retrofit solutions
Degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)
Adept with sales enablement tools and CRM platforms (SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent)
Experience with multi-country sales coordination and international market dynamics
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in Italian and English; additional European languages a plus
