Overview
In this role you help shape a differentiated investment experience for wealthy clients by partnering with CRMs to deliver and tailor investment solutions. You will communicate the platform's strategy, identify client needs, and develop opportunities through collaboration with CRMs, guiding proposals and portfolio reviews. You'll oversee discretionary and advisory mandates, ensure alignment with the bank's investment policy, and support the team head with key investment tasks. You'll work across portfolios, monitor risk controls, and expertly present the firm's philosophy and products to clients and prospects. Communicate the platform's strategy and solutions to CRMs, clients and prospects
Identify client needs and develop opportunities with CRMs; prepare investment/advisory proposals and portfolio reviews
Develop, offer and service discretionary mandates and centralise their management
Oversee advisory mandates to align with bank strategy and policy
Support the team head on investment-related tasks
Understand Pictet's offering, policies and guidelines; attend investment forums and presentations
Present and defend the investment philosophy and mandate/product offering
Conduct regular portfolio reviews for risk controls,
compliance and constraints
Execute and manage trade orders; invest cash positions and manage client transactions
Understand and attribute performance of advisory/managed portfolios
Know marketing documents and Group resources
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's degree and a post-graduate degree such as a Master's, MBA, CIIA or CFA would be an advantage
At least seven years' investment advisory/management experience; client-facing experience
Cross asset class experience with bias towards equities, derivatives, structured products; knowledge in alternative investments desired
Fluency in Italian and English; French is an asset
Excellent technical knowledge across asset classes and investment vehicles
Strong portfolio construction, investment processes and risk management understanding
IT proficiency with relevant software packages and on-line information systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, Bloomberg, Avaloq, Profolio)
Strong client-focused attitude and ability to work under pressure
Excellent presentation skills
