You will troubleshoot machines, ensure safety measures, record production data and complete quality audits. You will communicate issues to shift lead or supervisor, supporting continuous improvement. Working within the Freudenberg group, you'll follow health, safety, environmental, quality and lean standards, maintain clean machinery, and rotate tasks across cells as needed.
