/p h3About the role: /h3 pThe primary function for the Industrial Engineer is to maintain and improve manufacturing processes to ensure safe, high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective production activities.
/p pYou will report to the Industrial Engineer Manager and be located in Monfalcone site.
/p pbKey Responsibilities: /b /p ul liDefine, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes, routings, and production standards; /li liPerform time studies and production analyses to establish labor standards and improve operational efficiency; /li liMonitor manufacturing KPIs and identify opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance; /li liLead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects across production activities; /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, resource use, and production planning; /li liDevelop manufacturing documentation, ensuring process consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.
/li /ul pbQualifications:



/b /p ul liTechnical High school or Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline; /li li2+ years experience as Industrial/Process Engineer in structured metal manufacturing environments; /li liKnowledge of SAP or other ERP; /li liKnowledge of manufacturing cycles; /li liKnowledge of Italian and English languages (min. B2 level).
