OverviewAs Mechanical Maintenance Manager at Covestro Filago, you lead the maintenance organization to ensure plant reliability and asset availability.
You drive preventive, predictive, and condition-based strategies while shaping a safety?driven, data?enabled culture.
You will manage capital projects, external partners, and long-term asset plans, aligning with HSE and production to sustain safe, cost-effective operations.

ResponsabilitàDefine and implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs to ensure plant reliability and asset availability
Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance organization with a strong safety culture
Develop long-term spare parts strategies and End-of-Life master plans
Lead capital investment projects and manage external service providers for quality and cost-effectiveness
Drive reliability initiatives using RCA and promote Industry 4.0 and AI-driven maintenance




Partner with HSE, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure safe and compliant operations
Requisiti fondamentali7–10 years in maintenance or reliability engineering within process industries (Chemical, Petrochemical, or Plastics preferred)
Experience participating in HAZOP and Process Hazard Analysis activities
Strong understanding of industrial equipment, P&IDs;, and mechanical drawings; knowledge of ATEX directives and Functional Safety (SIL/PL) valued
Digital mindset with SAP PM/TMM experience and interest in digitalization for asset management
Proven leadership and change-management ability, coordinating international stakeholders
Near-native Italian and fluent English (spoken and written)
