We are looking for aSenior Architect with at least10 years of experience in residential design and site supervision. The ideal candidate will be actively involved in the development and execution of architectural projects, combining technical expertise with hands-on site management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architectural design for residential projects and yachts, from concept to construction documentation.
- Project coordination across SD, DD, and CD phases.
- On-site supervision , ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Advanced use of design software , includingRhino, AutoCAD , andBIM (REVIT) .
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (engineers, designers, contractors) to ensure seamless project execution.




- Compliance with local building regulations and industry standards.
- Problem-solving and liaising with construction firms and suppliers.

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Architecture and valid registration with the professional board.
- At least 10 years of experience in architecture firms or engineering companies, focusing on residential projects and site supervision.
- Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD, and BIM.
- Proven experience in site management , with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in Italian and English. xysqume
