in Italy is seeking a Customer Success Manager (SMB) to own a portfolio of SMB accounts, drive value‑based engagement from onboarding through renewal and expansion.

You will validate customer goals, build actionable success plans, lead onboarding and enablement, and collaborate closely with Sales to identify upsell xysqume opportunities, leveraging strong analytical skills and cross‑functional collaboration.
