SISSA invites applications for a Research and training fellowship in Physics, focused on modelling via multimodal VAE architectures of single-cell multi-omic data sets. The position is offered online, with an international scope.

Applicants must hold a Master's degree in Physics or a related field, have experience in machine learning and biological data analysis, and show English proficiency at least B2. Supervising professor: Prof. Guido Sanguinetti.
