TENSIVE SRL in Milano request a Production Operator to join the Production department, manufacturing implantable medical devices in a controlled ISO Class 7 cleanroom, ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures.

You will collaborate with QA & RA and Engineering to support operations, maintain records, manage nonconformities, and contribute to CAPA activities. On-site role with a €23,500–€28,000 gross annual salary.
