Over the last decade, we have developed a growing presence in North America through companies operating in Financial Services, Artificial Intelligence and Fashion Technology. As part of our next phase of growth, we are establishing a dedicated North American Corporate organization that will support the development and expansion of our business across the region.
To support this ambitious journey, we are looking for an HR Business Partner.
What You'll Do
Support organizational design, workforce planning and business growth initiatives.
Help define and implement HR processes, policies, and governance practices appropriate for the North American market.
Ensure alignment between Group People strategies and local market requirements
Lead talent acquisition activities for the region.
Support onboarding, performance management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with U.S. employment regulations and local HR practices.
Support employee relations activities and HR operational processes.
What We're Looking For
Significant experience in HR Business Partnering or broader HR leadership roles.
Understanding of the North American labor market and employment environment.
Experience supporting business transformation, organizational change and scaling organizations.
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
Ability to operate autonomously in evolving and entrepreneurial environments.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Full professional proficiency in both Italian and English.
Willingness to relocate to New York
