Overview

As Country Manager, you will steer the Italian operations to align with the group’s profitability, client satisfaction, and long-term growth goals. You will shape regional strategy, manage P&L; and budgets, and lead a high-performance management team. You’ll liaise with Global HQ to apply global standards locally, driving expansion and strong stakeholder partnerships. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial settings within a growing, international company. Responsabilità
