Overview

In this Senior HSE role, you will coordinate health, safety, and environmental activities for the Coral North Project in Paris, ensuring regulatory compliance and zero-injury performance. You will align office HSE policies with international standards while supporting field operations through planning, monitoring, and reporting. The position offers exposure to an international project with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. You will drive risk reduction and regulatory adherence in a structured, safety-focused environment.

Responsabilità

- Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and work instructions aligned with OSHA, ISO 45001, API RP 75, and French regulations
- Conduct Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analysis for all project activities
- Design and manage Permit to Work systems for hot work, confined spaces, work at height, and electrical work
- Ensure compliance with Code du Travail, CNAMTS, and international standards
- Monitor HSE performance indicators (LTIFR, TRIFR, Near Miss Rate, Severity Rate)
- Coordinate development and delivery of mandatory HSE training modules
- Organize toolbox talks, drills, and refresher sessions




- Maintain centralized database of incidents, near misses, non-conformities, and corrective actions
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits
- Prepare monthly/quarterly HSE performance reports for management and stakeholders
- Prepare incident investigation reports and communicate findings

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety) or equivalent
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certifications
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Minimum 5-7 years in HSE office-based or project coordination roles in oil & gas, infrastructure, or complex international projects
- Experience in HSE planning, policy development, and compliance management
- Experience conducting audits, inspections, and Root Cause Analysis
- Experience managing HSE databases and reporting systems
- Experience coordinating with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders

- Excellent communication and presentation skills in multicultural environments
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001, API RP 75, ILO conventions
- Knowledge of French occupational health and safety law (Code du Travail, CNAMTS requirements)
- Risk assessment methodologies (HAZOP, LOPA, JSA)
