MAIN TASKSLead Locally new and strategic projects, including sustainable workplace transformation, to guarantee the full integration of project implementation with proper facility enhancement (mechanical/electrical systems); Develop and maintain locally workplace standards, coordinate integration and installation of test systems and building project; Define technical contents needed to sustain the engineering complexity of mechanical and electrical & electronic systems, based on his/her specific experience in equipment installations and rearrangements; Define, lead and implement maintenance strategy; Develop Statement of Requirements for all project and systems; Lead project plan and guarantee timing implementation of facilities engineering projects; Guarantee high level of strategic technologies according to the key provision and performances required, in the new project requirementsConduct Safety reviews and failure analysis of equipment designUse data based approach for equipment selection and designMaintain accurate documentation on project designDevelop standardsSupport and lead when needed Laboratory Operations troubleshooting activities,
