Overview
As Supplier Quality Assurance Manager, you deploy and oversee the QA process from development through serial production to ensure QCDTE targets, compliance, and ongoing operations. You lead a team of Supplier Quality Leaders to drive performance across projects and sites. You manage supplier risks, non-conformities, and continuous improvement of QA methods and tools. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure project commitments and customer satisfaction.
Responsabilità
- Lead and develop a team of 10 Supplier Quality Leaders for project and serial production activities
- Own and monitor QCDTE performance for projects and suppliers; report and drive improvement actions
- Oversee deployment of the Supplier Quality Assurance process across development and serial production
- Participate in supplier project reviews and support teams in underperformance or critical situations
- Manage supplier non-conformities and implement effective corrective actions
- Identify, assess and mitigate quality risks impacting projects, production, or customer continuity
- Lead escalation processes, provide on-site supplier support, and handle quality crisis situations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of supplier QA processes, methods and tools
- Support supplier panel performance and maturity enhancements
- Report on performance, define action plans, and ensure robust QCDTE scenarios are feasible
Requisiti fondamentali
- 10–15 years of experience in Supplier Quality (projects and/or serial production), industrialization, manufacturing, or project management
- 3–5 years of team management experience
- Good knowledge of Office Suite (Excel...)
- Fluent professional English
- Fluent Italian is mandatory
- Technical skills: APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, Audits, 8D; project management and NPD processes; process capability studies, statistical tools, risk analysis; industrial challenges related to supplier performance
