Cardo Roma, Autograph Collection in Rome is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function in a luxury hotel setting. This role reports to the General Manager and drives people strategy across all departments.

You will develop and implement HR policies, oversee talent management, recruitment, performance management, L&D;, engagement, compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws and the company’s standards.
