Overview

In this role you will provide legal support to a multinational transport group, focusing on drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements and supporting corporate governance and strategic initiatives. You will contribute to extraordinary transactions and M&A; projects, working within a small legal team to shape risk allocation and regulatory compliance. You will act as a trusted partner across the organisation, using strong negotiation and communication skills in both Italian and English. The role offers exposure to high-impact commercial and governance work in a dynamic transport environment.

Responsabilità

- drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements (supply, service, IT, and strategic partnerships)
- supporting corporate governance activities
- contributing to strategic projects, extraordinary transactions, and M&A; initiatives
- managing contractual risk allocation, liability limitations, indemnities, and termination mechanisms




- facilitating effective resolution of legal issues across functions
- influencing at all levels within the organization
- negotiating and communicating with stakeholders in Italian and English

Requisiti fondamentali

- Italian Qualified lawyer, admitted to the Bar
- PQE of at least 4 to 5 years
- experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- experience in corporate law and M&A;
- familiarity with public transport regulations, public procurement, and concessions (plus)
- risk management and termination mechanisms
- strong negotiation and influencing skills
- excellent written and verbal communication in Italian and English
- ability to manage a demanding workload
