JUNIOR BUSINESS OPERATIONS & STRATEGIC PROJECTS

We are now looking for a junior profile who does not simply want a first job.

We are looking for someone who wants to build something extraordinary.

Someone ambitious, fast, curious and hungry to learn.

This is not a role for someone looking for comfort, routine or a perfectly defined job description.

YOUR MISSION

You will work closely with management across different areas of the business:

- Operations
- Digital & Ecommerce
- Wholesale & B2B
- Hospitality
- Retail
- Partnerships
- AI & automation
- Strategic projects

Your job will be to help turn priorities into real execution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Follow strategic projects from start to finish.
- Define next actions, owners and deadlines.
- Follow up continuously.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners.
- Identify delays and blockers.
- Prepare clear updates for management.
- Improve processes and organization.
- Support projects across different departments.
- Help implement new tools and automations.
- Make sure decisions become actions.

You do not need to know everything.

You need to be able to learn fast, think clearly and take responsibility.
