Location: Pierantonio (PG), ItalyReports to: Commercial Department / Export ManagerLanguages required: Fluent English; knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered an advantageAbout the CompanyTedesco Group is a fast-growing Italian group specializing in the production of biscuits, croissants, bakery products and seasonal products.With three production sites, recognized brands such as Ore Liete, GranArt and Borgo del Biscotto, and a commercial presence in more than 60 countries, the Group is a key player in the Italian confectionery and bakery industry.The RoleTo strengthen our international sales organization, we are looking for a candidate to join our Export Back Office team.The successful candidate will support the Export Area Managers in the operational and commercial management of international customers, following the entire order process from order entry through delivery and the management of export documentation.Main ResponsibilitiesManage international customer orders, from order entry and confirmation through to shipment.Prepare commercial offers, price lists, pro forma invoices and sales documentation.Manage day-to-day relationships with customers, importers and international distributors.Coordinate with logistics, planning, production, quality and administration departments.Monitor product availability and delivery dates.Organize domestic and international shipments in cooperation with the logistics department and freight forwarders.Prepare and check the documentation required for EU and non-EU exports.Support the management of certificates,



customs documentation and specific customer requirements.Update customer master data, commercial conditions, price lists and information in the company ERP system.Manage any complaints or issues related to orders, deliveries or documentation in cooperation with the relevant internal departments.Support Export Area Managers in the preparation of customer meetings, trade fairs and commercial presentations.Prepare commercial reports and analyze order performance.RequirementsExcellent command of written and spoken English.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Accuracy, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously.Good communication skills and strong customer orientation.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and interact with different company departments.1–3 years of experience in customer service, international sales support or export back office roles, preferably within the Food or FMCG sector.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of an additional foreign language.Experience in international shipments and export documentation.Knowledge of key customs procedures and Incoterms.Experience in managing retail customers, importers or international distributors.CompensationThe gross salary will correspond to the compensation for a level 4 or 5 position, as provided by the Italian National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Food Industry (CNEL code E012).The position offers the opportunity to join a fast-growing international group, working closely with the commercial team and with customers across numerous international markets.#J-18808-Ljbffr
