About the Role and Team

We are seeking an Account Director to join our Revenue & Operations team in Italy, Milan . In this role, you will report to the Team Lead of Account Management and work as a senior individual contributor , taking ownership of managing, growing, and retaining a profitable portfolio of medium-to-large clients.
You’ll be expected to understand your customers' needs, anticipate challenges, and develop strategies to achieve aligned outcomes. By thinking strategically and planning ahead, you’ll help drive broader business goals.
Additionally, you will manage Adform resources efficiently to meet customer objectives, identify upselling opportunities, and maximize profitability.

- Drive Adform's success by retaining and growing relationships and upselling to increase product deployment.
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle,



bringing in the right Adform resources at the right time to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify customer needs and shape Adform-supported solutions to maximize value and opportunities.
- Run impactful QBRs, engaging clients in strategic discussions to align on goals.
- Create opportunities, and manage resources, to ensure customer’s profitability.
- Confidently communicate Adform's strategy, thought leadership, use cases, and innovations.
