Overview
In this role you will shape long-term pricing across Costa’s fleet and source markets, acting at the intersection of pricing, commercial strategy, analytics, and business planning. You will anticipate market opportunities, strengthen competitive positioning, and ensure a cohesive customer value proposition across channels. You will lead pricing activities 18–24 months before departures and translate data into actionable recommendations to drive revenue and market impact. You will collaborate cross-functionally to evolve pricing models and tools in a fast-paced, international setting.

Responsabilità
- Define and implement market- and season-specific pricing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Review and adjust pricing decisions over time to capture opportunities and mitigate risks
- Prepare executive-level pricing reviews and strategic recommendations
- Analyze demand, bookings, competition, and market environment to inform price structures
- Develop and enhance strategic pricing tools for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Contribute to pricing model evolution, fare structures, and data flows
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Product, and Customer Offer Design to ensure pricing aligns with customer value and commercial execution
- Support sales openings and revenue management processes with forward-looking analyses
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years in pricing, revenue management, or related analytics roles
- Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Management Engineering)
- Strong analytical capabilities with ability to transform data into business recommendations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Effective communication and stakeholder management, ability to influence senior audiences
- Proven project management experience and cross-functional collaboration
- Fluency in Italian and English
