Overview

As Vx Platform ASTL Lead, you guide a team of Analytical Science & Technology experts to implement end-to-end analytical control strategies and support technology transfers. You'll shape lifecycle regulatory submissions and drive cross-site, cross-functional initiatives within Global Supply Chain. You'll leverage advanced data analytics and digital tools to solve complex analytical problems, advancing patients' access to medicines and vaccines.

Responsabilità
- Coach and develop a team of Analytical Science & Technology leaders
- Own end-to-end analytical control strategies, specifications and comparability processes
- Lead cross-functional, cross-site teams on analytical aspects of strategic products and projects
- Present topics to global stakeholders within project governance




- Coordinate complex analytical investigations and problem solving using data analytics and digital acumen
- Mentor in development and implementation of new methods or platform technologies
- Oversee analytical sections of lifecycle regulatory submissions and RTQ processes

Requisiti fondamentali
- BSc or higher in a relevant scientific field
- Senior experience in analytical technologies, method development and validation
- Knowledge of Quality by Design, risk management, GMP, NPI and manufacturing operations
- Experience supporting regulatory interactions and submissions for vaccines or biotherapeutics
- Strong leadership and influencing skills in a global matrix environment
