The Opportunity

As Regional Key Account Manager, you will join the CSL Seqirus Commercial Operations team in Italy and develop long-term relationships with regional healthcare stakeholders. You will work with regional agencies, health authorities, payors, group purchasing organizations, pharmacy and medical associations, hospital systems, KOLs and physicians to support awareness of vaccine technologies and their benefits.

You will help build and protect the reputation of CSL Seqirus, support sustainable growth across your assigned regions and contribute to stakeholder engagement activities, including value-added programs and tender bid management.

The Role
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with regional key accounts, KOLs and key healthcare stakeholders to increase product awareness and support stakeholder engagement.
- Understand key account needs and requirements and develop account strategies that contribute to CSL Seqirus objectives.
- Promote CSL Seqirus products,



support tender participation and drive business development activities to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Monitor regional policy, procurement, guideline and market developments and share relevant insights with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality briefing materials, proposals, presentations and written communications for different audiences.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Business Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Communications and Public Affairs to support aligned execution of commercial activities.

Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, healthcare environment and relevant regulations in Italy.
- Experience in key account management, stakeholder engagement, market access, tender management
