We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager (North Tuscany, Emilia Romagna, Marche) to join the MG Italy Sales team.

Main Task / Responsibilities
- Dealer Performance: Own and exceed commercial targets for sell-in and sell-out, optimizing vehicle sales volume, model mix, and regional market share.
- Cooperate with Brand Managers and local sales teams in order to support OEM’s sales target (monthly/quarterly/annual).
- Monitor market trend, develop market analysis and check the national strategy application on a local base.
- Establish a close relationship with local dealer partners and leverage their resources as well as their local network to enhance the performance index increase.
- Monitor the trend of national sales campaigns on a local base and support dealers in maximizing the efficiency
- Monitor and support local marketing activities and strategy to increase visibility and brand
