Celebrity Cruises is seeking an experienced Bakery professional to manage the shipboard bakery operations, ensuring high-quality bread production and presentation across daily menus. You will work closely with the Head Baker to forecast demand, minimize waste, and uphold USPH standards at all times. The role includes setting up bread displays for buffets, maintaining sanitation, and coordinating with the Executive Chef to meet standard recipes and yields. Prior shipboard experience is preferred.
