Overview In this role you will support sales and customers through the proposal process, crafting technical and commercial offers for LV/MV solutions. You'll determine costs, prepare final documentation, and act as the technical focal point across markets. You'll analyze needs and competitors, oversee profitability, and drive continuous improvement in a hybrid work model.
You'll shape local sales support aligned with ABB's electrification vision and contribute to growth across multiple countries.

Responsabilità
- Collaborate with Sales and customers during the proposal process to prepare technical descriptions of products and technologies
- Determine costs and prepare final documentation; act as a key technical resource
- Perform lost proposal analysis and recommend future actions
- Prepare technical/commercial offers based on customer specs and directives
- Analyze customer needs and competitor offers using market and Sales insights
- Oversee profitability of proposed solutions and ensure alignment with ABB standards and targets
- Provide world-class technical and commercial support across markets to drive sales growth
- Oversee estimations, bids, and proposals; align with OR KPIs and standards
- Develop and implement local sales support strategy aligned with ELSE vision; monitor and adjust for competitiveness
- Monitor project pipeline, identify opportunities, and enable LV/MV portfolio sales in the area
Requisiti fondamentali
- Expertise in LV & MV electrical product portfolios or equivalent circuit breakers, switchgear, and retrofit solutions
- Degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Adept with sales enablement tools and CRM platforms (SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Experience with multi-country sales coordination and international market dynamics
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional European languages a plus
