Overview
As a commissioning lead for complex nuclear projects, you drive safe, compliant and efficient project execution. Responsabilità
- Lead service activities and align with Project and Site Managers
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, contractual and cybersecurity requirements
- Coordinate services with project teams, contractors, and site stakeholders
- Develop and implement innovative processes and engineering solutions for project execution
- Manage senior customer relationships and tailor solutions to project needs
- Lead risk and opportunity assessments with mitigation actions
- Support project planning with work plans, cost estimates, and resource allocation
- Coach teams on safe,
cybersecure commissioning practices
- Apply commissioning practices respecting nuclear sector requirements including safety culture, regulatory compliance, traceability, documentation control, and QA standards
Requisiti fondamentali
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Automation Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related technical field
- Proven experience in installation, commissioning, or project execution in industrial, energy, nuclear, and automation environments
- Strong knowledge of safety, quality, contractual, and cybersecurity requirements for commissioning
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (customers, contractors, cross-functional teams)
- Proactive problem-solver with analytical and risk management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous exposure to nuclear projects, nuclear safety standards, regulated environments, or commissioning in nuclear facilities is a strong plus
