Job Title: Senior Electrical Package Engineer – Contract

Rate: €250/day

Duration: 6 months

Location: Milan

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Package Engineer to manage electrical equipment packages for an engineering project within the Offshore Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage electrical packages from RFQ and vendor selection through FAT, inspections, and commissioning.
- Review technical bids, vendor documentation, and equipment specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Ensure technical compliance, quality, and equipment integration.
- Support construction and commissioning activities.

Requirements

- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in engineering and contracting, preferably Offshore Oil & Gas.
- Expertise in HV/LV switchgear, transformers, MCCs, UPS, generators, and electrical heaters.
- Experience in vendor management, technical evaluations, and FAT/SAT.
- Proficiency in AVEVA Engineering/Electrical and Navisworks.
- English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
