Overview In this Senior Recruiter role, you will lead European talent acquisition for Arup, partnering with business leaders to define roles, map talent, and manage offers. You will attract candidates through creative sourcing, build enduring relationships, and use data to guide hiring decisions. You will champion an inclusive candidate experience and continuously improve recruitment processes in an international context.
