As Senior Brand Manager, you will drive category growth and create impactful consumer experiences by translating insights into strategic plans while leading a team. You will partner with local and European stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals and oversee cross-functional collaboration. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, focusing on growth, portfolio development, and brand activation.

Responsabilità
- Lead category and brand growth strategies informed by consumer and market insights
- Own category performance via KPI tracking, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
- Develop and implement integrated marketing across all consumer touchpoints
- Drive portfolio development and innovation with European teams




- Build cross-functional partnerships across Marketing, Sales, Shopper Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain
- Manage external agencies and ensure high-quality execution
- Coach and develop team members to foster ownership and high performance

Requisiti fondamentali
- 6+ years in Marketing, Brand Management or Trade Marketing in FMCG/consumer goods
- Proven people leadership experience
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Experience managing complex projects in fast-paced environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience with market data sources like NielsenIQ, Circana (IRI) or similar tools; advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in Italian and English
