Ikonic Saddlery is looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales Agent to lead the development of our portfolio of equestrian brands in Italy.
This is a unique opportunity to take responsibility for developing a high-potential market within a fast-growing European company.

As part of our international growth strategy, we are now accelerating the development of this multi-brand portfolio in Italy.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional ready to build long-term partnerships and drive sustainable business growth in the Italian market.
Your Mission
- - Develop and strengthen a network of equestrian retailers across Italy.
- Build long-term commercial partnerships with key industry players.
- Introduce and develop Ikonic’s portfolio of premium equestrian brands in the Italian market.
- Identify and acquire new strategic retail accounts.
- Drive sustainable sales growth across the territory.
- Represent the brands at professional events and trade shows.
- Work closely with the European management team to implement the commercial strategy.
Remote position, with frequent travel throughout Italy.
Your Profile
- - Proven experience in field-based B2B sales.
- Strong knowledge of the equestrian industry and equipment market.
- Native or fluent in Italian.
- Good command of English.
- Highly autonomous, organized, and results-oriented.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Ability to strategically develop the territory and build a strong network of professional retailers.
