We are looking for a Sales Account Manager for our client operating in the pharmaceutical packaging industry, in Milan, Italy .

Qualifications

- Degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial/account management roles in a B2B environment .
- Solid knowledge of sales processes and key account management.
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.




- Native or Advanced Italian and good command of English (minimum B2 level) .
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
- Experience in international logistics is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with assigned customers.
- Identify customer needs and convert them into business opportunities.
- Prepare offers, manage orders, and monitor commercial activities.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Coordinate customer-related activities with internal departments.
- Support the resolution of issues related to quality, delivery, and service.
- Oversee logistics activities, direct deliveries, and external service providers.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to support business strategy.
