Lean Manufacturing Engineer
to join our Operations team.
This role will support the implementation of the
Copeland Business System (CBS)
and Lean Manufacturing practices at our Belluno site, helping drive Continuous Improvement and Cost Reduction initiatives across manufacturing operations.
The Lean Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to improve processes, increase productivity, and support operational excellence initiatives.

Salary:
€30,000
- €38,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications.## Key Responsibilities of the Role
