Marketing and sale of residential developments and new construction projects. Building, managing, and expanding client relationships and business opportunities.





Providing consultancy to clients on residential property solutions tailored to their requirements. Managing the full sales cycle, including negotiations and transaction completion. Conducting market research, property appraisals, and acquisition activities.

Maintaining CRM records and preparing sales reports and performance analyses. Working closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for residential developments.

Licensed Real Estate

Agent (registered and authorised to practise). P.IVA is mandatory. Proven experience in residential property sales and/or the marketing and commercialization of new residential developments in Milan and the surrounding area. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of the Milan residential real estate market.

Fluent

Italian and good command of English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. #
