Thank you for your interest in Birn+Partners. It means a great deal to us.
We are on an ambitious journey to establish Birn+Partners as a Top 10 Executive Search and Leadership Consulting firm across Europe. To get there, we are building a team of consultants who are not only deeply skilled in their craft, but who are commercial, client-driven, and motivated by growth both their own and our clients.

- Collaborate with experienced colleagues across Europe, sharing knowledge and leads across borders
- Work with real autonomy, supported by a strong internal platform, shared tools, and cross-border marketing infrastructure.
What we are looking for
- You have a track record of originating business, not just delivering it. You understand that selling professional services is a game of trust and you are good at building it, maintaining it, and converting it into long-term partnerships.
- You are curious and intellectually sharp. You simplify complexity rather than adding to it. You prepare well, listen carefully, and bring genuine insight to every client conversation.
