About Us
We are an early-stage technology company operating at the intersection of Energy and AI infrastructure, focused on developing a new generation of efficient and scalable computing infrastructure.
Our approach combines distributed computing, modular infrastructure and energy efficiency to support the rapidly growing demand for AI and high-performance computing.
The company is developing a new model for deploying compute capacity in a flexible and scalable way, with a strong focus on efficiency, sustainability, reliability and responsible infrastructure development.
This is an opportunity to join a growing team at an early stage and contribute directly to the development of a new infrastructure platform, working at the intersection of power, data centers and advanced computing.
Position Type
Part of the Engineering team, reporting to the Lead Network Engineer (to the CTO until that role is filled)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Datacenter & HPC Fabric Engineer to design, build, and tune the high-performance network inside the Power & Compute Pod, our self-contained,
outdoor-deployable AI/HPC compute system: the fabric connecting GPUs, servers, and storage, and its physical integration into the unit. You will start from a working 100GbE lab fabric and turn it into a production design; the current hardware and protocols are starting points that you are expected to challenge.
What You Will Deliver
This is a high-impact, hands-on role: your fabric will ship in every unit we deploy.
In your first year:
You will deliver a working, benchmarked intra-pod fabric for our first prototype, tuned for GPU and storage traffic, then industrialize it: configuration as code, documented performance, and cabling and BOM ready for series production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build the intra-pod fabric, and select switches, NICs, optics, and cabling.
- Tune the fabric for low-latency, high-throughput GPU and storage traffic, and benchmark it.
- Make the network capa
