About The OpportunityWe are looking for professional or semi-professional voice talents with a passion for language and technology for an exciting project.
Voice characteristics:Female, "mature" (~35–55 years old), natural rather than polished/robotic — retaining natural pauses, disfluencies, and natural word emphasis.Personality and Tone:
- Conversational and likeable for customers (e.g., friendly, empathetic, patient)
- Natural and approachable in a dialogue
- Intelligent, confident, engaged, and builds trust
- Welcoming and accommodating without being earnest, sycophantic or too eager to please
- Ability to convey the desired personality traits (e.g., friendly, confident, helpful)
Speech Quality and Clarity:
- Easy to follow and clear
- Consistent, moderate pace with natural pauses
Qualifications
- Must be native speaker of the target locale
- Experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming
- Access to a home recording setup
- Recording software
- Microphone
- Headset/speakers
- Audio Interface
- Professional Digital Audio Workstation, software,
plugins
- Treated space, quiet environment, free from background noise, music, clicks, muffling, etc.
- Able to follow specific technical requirements when recording (volume level, file naming, format, gaps between segments, audio quality, etc.)
- Able to provide demo, sample recordings, voiceover samples
- Comfortable with fast-turnaround projects and able to meet tight delivery deadlines when engaged
- Open to licensing your voice for AI voice cloning / TTS training
- Depending on the project, you may undergo a test in our module to be subsequently vetted against all requirements.
