Overview In this role, you will lead automation and operational initiatives across Deel's global payroll processes, building and refining AI-powered workflows with Akai. You will own cross-functional projects across 90+ countries, identify gaps, and surface insights for leadership through dashboards. You'll troubleshoot AI workflows and drive efficiency, accuracy, and speed while maintaining strong controls and regulatory alignment.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position for someone who shapes processes from scratch and partners with engineering, product, and ops teams.
