Overview
In this role you will manage and develop a portfolio of strategic distributors for electrical products and process instrumentation in Italy, driving mutual growth and contributing to Siemens’ commercial objectives. You will craft integrated growth plans, manage partner programs, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and business units to boost sell-out and market share. The position has multi-regional exposure and involves close interaction with distributor leadership and local sales teams. You will shape distributor strategies and enable cross-functional alignment to deliver impact. This is a cross-functional, impact-driven role in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsabilità
- Manage and develop commercial relationships with assigned distributors




- Define and implement joint growth plans with customers based on an integrated portfolio
- Build relationships with owners, general management, and key partners
- Negotiate, prepare, and monitor commercial agreements and incentive programs
- Support distributor salesforces in market development and demand generation
- Promote initiatives to increase sell-out and market share
- Coordinate activities with marketing, business units, and Siemens sales teams for integrated customer approach
- Analyze commercial performance, monitor KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure alignment with policies, framework agreements, and compliance
- Support training, events, conventions, and partner initiatives

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in a technical or business-related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience managing B2B customers, preferably in electrical engineering, industrial automation, process instrumentation, or professional
