CB Talents in Napoli is seeking an Inbound Telesales Representative to speak with customers by phone, understand their needs, and suggest suitable mobile, internet, and connectivity products. You will present offers, close sales, and upsell while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Role includes 40 hours/week with a rotating schedule, accommodation provided, and a flight to Lisbon reimbursed. Initial English-language training is paid and lasts around 10 working days.
