Overview In this role you drive hands-on, data-driven retail media campaigns across major European retailers, acting as the engine room for our retail media plans within the Global Paid Media team. You will bridge performance marketing with commercial sales to win the digital shelf and deliver measurable ROI. You’ll learn and grow through a structured path, shaping the retail media roadmap for a global player.

You work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize spend, impact, and learning across campaigns.

Responsabilità

- End-to-end management of retail media campaigns (Sponsored Products, Display, Video) across major European retailers
- Develop and execute bespoke media plans for partners like MediaMarkt, Currys, Argos, Unieuro




- Budget management and optimization to hit ROAS and market share targets
- Daily performance monitoring and A/B testing of bids, keywords, and creative assets
- Translate data into actionable insights; provide weekly/monthly performance deep-dives
- Act as technical point of contact for local trade marketing teams and external networks/aggregators

Requisiti fondamentali

- 3–5 years of experience in Paid Media campaigns
- Overall 7+ years in Marketing/Media roles
- Strong analytical mindset
- Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, Looker
- Full professional fluency in English (other languages a plus)
- Proven track record managing high-budget campaigns
