Overview In this role you will lead Covestro's mechanical maintenance at the Filago site, driving reliability and asset availability. You will shape maintenance programs, manage a high-performing team, and oversee safety and costs in a global manufacturing context. You'll push digitalization and Industry 4.0 approaches to optimize maintenance. This position connects engineering, operations, and HSE to deliver safe, sustainable plant performance and continuous improvement.

Retribuzione / Benefits Permanent contract Fixed annual salary of 50,000–70,000 Location: Filago, Bergamo Local Grade 'Quadro' Responsabilità Define and implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs to improve plant reliability and asset availability Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team,



promoting safety and technical growth Develop long-term spare parts strategies and EOL master plans to ensure continuity and efficiency Lead capital investment projects and manage external contractors for quality and cost-effectiveness Drive reliability initiatives using RCA and promote digital solutions including Industry 4.0 and AI-driven maintenance Collaborate with HSE, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure safe, compliant operations Requisiti fondamentali ~7-10 years in maintenance or reliability engineering within process industries (chemical, petrochemical, or plastics preferred) ~ Experience participating in HAZOP reviews and Process Hazard Analysis activities ~ Solid understanding of industrial equipment, P&IDs;, and mechanical drawings ~ Knowledge of ATEX directives and Functional Safety (SIL/PL) is highly valued ~ Digital mindset with proficiency in SAP PM/TMM and interest in asset management digitalization ~ Strong people management skills with the ability to lead organizational change and coordinate international stakeholders ~ Near-native proficiency in Italian and fluency in English ~ leadership and people management ~ strong communication and cross-functional collaboration ~ problem-solving and RCA mindset ~ SAP PM/TMM ~ P&IDs; and mechanical drawings ~ knowledge of ATEX directives and Functional Safety (SIL/PL)
